Willow Weep for Me

“Willow Weep for Me” was written in 1932 by Tin Pan Alley composer Ann Ronell (real name Ann Rosenblatt, whose other best known song is “Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf”). A jazz standard, Chad and Jeremy took it to #15 in on the US Hot 100 in 1965. Theirs is the version I knew first.
