To a Wild Rose

“To a Wild Rose” is a beautiful composition for solo piano written by American composer Edward MacDowell. (1860 – 1908). When I most recently heard it performed at a music education conference, it really seemed to me that both the chord changes and melody were very much like a slow instrumental. done by the instrumental guitar band, the Shadows.

So here it is, done that way.
