Stardust

This is my arrangement of “Stardust” , which was composed in 1927 as an instrumental by Hoagy Carmichael. Lyrics were added in 1929 by Mitchell Parish.  The song has became a standard, and is one of the most recorded songs of the 20th century.

My instrumental arrangement is in the style of an early sixties Shadows guitar instrumental. The Shadows included “Stardust” on their 1967 album “Jigsaw”, but while inspired by their style, my arrangement is not a cover of theirs.
