Albatross

This is my cover of the instrumental, “Albatross”, which was released in 1968 by Fleetwood Mac. It was composed by the group’s founder, Peter Green. Covered by the Shadows in 1980, the song has an “ambient” feel to it, which I have tried to preserve. Perhaps it was intended to convey a sense of the effortless flight of the wonderful birds.
